Our Contact Lens Trial

For people who have never tried the comfort and freedom of contact lenses, we always complete a contact lens trial. The optician will help you select the best contact lens option based on your child’s lifestyle needs, their tear type, eye shape and their spectacle prescription. You will be shown how to insert and remove the contact lenses and then your child will wear the lenses at home for a period of days to trial the clarity, comfort and handling. The optician will bring you back for a follow-up appointment to see that your eyes are comfortable with the contact lenses and that you are comfortable handling and seeing with the lenses. Then your child can continue to wear contact lenses as often or as little as you choose.
